Why Work With Me?

Trained through the renowned Pilates school, Body Control Pilates, I am a low back pain specialist Pilates teacher. 

I have been teaching clients with low back pain for 4 years; with proven success giving individuals the tools they need to prevent and manage their back pain.

As someone who loves strength training, I can see how invaluable my Pilates background has been in giving me the core strength and stability to lift confidently; safe in the knowledge I'm supporting my lower back. 

I have been working closely with a Personal Trainer to develop the bones of Back to Strength - the rest of the course will be determined by YOU and your own needs.
