Hi, I’m Charlotte, a Pilates teacher specialising in pelvic floor and core recovery.

My work combines Pilates, breathwork and jaw tension release (Face Yoga) to help women move from gripping and disconnection toward responsive strength and confidence.

This session brings together everything I’ve learned through professional training and my own recovery journey.
